New Renovated 2 Story Apartment

We have one master bedroom open in this newly renovated rent controlled 2 story apartment! Unit is a 4 bedroom apartment very close to downtown, Koreatown, Silver Lake and Echo Park. This unit is on a shared property with 3 other units. The property is very homey with fruit trees and gated access.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and 4 burner gas stove. Central air as well.
There is coin operated laundry across the hall shared with one other unit. Living room is partially furnished.

We are in our mid twenties and occasionally work from home. We are relaxed and fun and keep a respectful atmosphere.

Must be LGBTQ friendly please! You don?t need to be gay to move in but we are so heads up.

This apartment is truly incredible and an awesome deal. We are still amazed that we found this place and would love to have you see it and live with us!
