Private Room for Rent Westlake/MacArthur Park

Hi!

I have available 1 room upstairs that will be sharing a bathroom, in a 3 room duplex.

The downstairs living area is fully furnished, and the upstairs common area has a dining table that I?m up to get rid of. So you can definitely take liberties on furnishing that area. I have a full kitchen, with a nice Italian stove.

The room will be $950/month. There is only one available parking spot which will be $80/month for the person that chooses to take the spot. We have coin-op laundry on premises. Utilities are about $150-$200 per month total for, electricity, gas and sewage. There is no charge for water usage. I also get Arrowhead delivery, and I will include housekeeping bi-weekly for common areas, if you would like your room and bathroom cleaned, there will be an extra charge. I will be getting new internet service, so TBD on what that will look like.

I would ideally want to have 1 person or 1 couple to take both rooms, to which I will cut them a deal, and will
Include parking.

Also a couple of things to note, I run operations and customer experience for a startup in Brentwood, I have a 10 year old cat named Kitty who is super sweet and buttery, and this is a LGBTQIA+ friendly house.
