Room for rent in a great house

Looking for a FEMALE student or professional (23 to 35 years old) to rent a private furnished room in a house. We love international people. Must be responsible (pay rent on time, good credit, no drugs, no-smoking, no pets, no loud music and no drama), very clean, respectful of others and generally quiet, and proof of fully being vaccinated and had a booster, because we are that way too. This room is only for one person and no pets. The room is 12’ x 13', has hardwood floors, with a remodeled shared bathroom. Access to common area dining and kitchen. This is a peaceful environment. Room has been repainted, floors and furniture polished and curtains just dry-cleaned.
Rent is $1125 (including all utilities and Wi-Fi) + Deposit $1,000. 1st month's rent due on move-in day. Available on February 1, 2022. Month to month lease, must stay at least three months. Parking permit is available separately $30 every 4 months.
Within walking distance to Ralph's and Century City Mall and great restaurants. To Westwood, 3 min. by car, to UCLA, 8 min. , Close to public transportation. To park 3 min. and 15 min to Tree People Hiking trails.
