Room for Rent

This is a bedroom in a 4 bed 3 bath apartment. There are three guys in their 20s living here.

The room comes partially furnished, the dresser, desk, and chair are staying, I'm taking the bed and mattress, but you can request a bed and mattress from the landlord if you want one. You can also request all the furniture be taken out. The landlord will accommodate either at no cost to you. The living room is also fully furnished.

The apartment has in-unit laundry, central AC, and heating.

The apartment complex pays for all utilities and wifi. They also clean the living room and kitchen and your bathroom every other week.

You can pay for a parking spot in the garage or you can park on the street, which usually has spots open.

This is a lease transfer, so you will have to apply through the apartment building. You have to have at least a 680 credit score and make 2.5x rent to get accepted. The security deposit is $1394. This lease goes until September and then there will be an option to renew. If you want to move out earlier you just have to find someone to replace you.
