1 bedroom in modern Cerritos House

I have a 1 bedroom (10 x 10ft) in a house in Cerritos for rent. Full bathroom will be private use. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Close to the freeway, grocery stores, and the mall. Parking will be provided on the driveway.

Basic utilities and internet are included in the rent. You will have access to the kitchen and all common living spaces, including the backyard and bbq. There is currently a bed in the room, but it can be removed if you want it completely unfurnished.

A little about myself. I am a working professional in Criminalistics. I enjoy playing badminton, bowling, watching TV, video games, cooking, and woodworking. Because of my job, drugs (including marijuana) will not be allowed in the house. I do socially drink, but do not smoke.
