Room in home for 1 professionals/female $950

I am seeking full time (outside the home) working professionals (females preferred) to share a HOME, not apt in quiet neighborhood. Seeking professionals that work 40 hrs a week outside the home. Students ok if they have a full time job or work 20 hrs plus a week outside the home. Basic utilities included (does not include running ac 24/7 in summer). Basic access to garage for laundry. Light kitchen access. New Bath but away from room. You will have to walk through living room. It is beautiful. Only I live here. You would be the 2nd person only. No COUPLES , NO KIDS, NO PETS, ABSOLUTELY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS!! NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Will run a basic (internet based website) background. Must be able to show credit score via your own credit card or however you track your score. No storage, bring what fits in your room. MUST WORK OUTSIDE THE HOME.
