Friendly Millennials seeking roommates

Live in couple renting rooms. Three rooms for rent with shared bathroom. Two rooms are likely to become available in the near future. We do not need to rent out both rooms, but would like to at least rent out one. We live next to some excellent hiking trails in the Santa Susana pass. We have access to a large park as well as several pools. All roommates are in the 20-30s age range. We are all very polite and sociable. My fiance and I are expecting in January and this should be taken into consideration for any possible roommates. Thank you for your consideration.
