Hi ! ROOM FOR RENT & READY NOW!:) I’m looking for one person to rent for one bedroom with your bathroom- $1400 a month plus utilities. Or you can rent one room and you’d have a shared bathroom $950 plus utilities. No smoking, stable job, no couples, over night guests, pets, (there are two cats here already, but they don’t roam the house) no parties or drama! Be respectful, quiet, clean up after yourself and pay your rent on time. Will do a background check, deposit and references. I live on a beautiful 1.5 lot in Chatsworth. Owners family resides on the property. It’s close to shopping, post office, banks, Whole Foods, Chatsworth Station, airport to Burbank is 30 mins, hiking, bike trails, CSUN, Sierra Canyon, there is plenty of parking, it’s 30-35 mins to LA, close to the 118, free WiFi (on me) Lol, I’m open to short term too. It’s super peaceful and most of all, it’s safe.

About me: I work full time, write, on the weekends, I work too. I’m boring, but nice Lol. I’m into fitness, eating healthy and I’m Covid conscious. This is a clean house, so if you’re not clean, this is definitely not a fit. Absolutely no smoking or 420.
