Beautiful room with TV, and wifi access on the 2nd floor of a private home with a semi-private bathroom. We are professional caterers and there is always great food around and a very large chef's kitchen. We would prefer a quiet student or young professional, a non-smoker, and only a moderate drinker. We have 2 Ginger cats that have their own room and are not allowed in community areas. There is an extra bike to use, a laundry room, and lots of free parking. Very open to short-term leases and foreign students.
