• The room is in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Chinatown Los Angeles
• $950/month and $950 security deposit
• My girlfriend is not allowing me to have female ☹️

THE GOOD:
• The space is located right in the heart of the Chinatown plaza so the neighborhood is enchantingly charming. The apartment is on top of one of those stores in the plaza. The neighborhood is really freaking cool, trust me.
• You're 1 block walking distance from a bunch of restaurants, a market, 4 bars, art galleries, a coworking space, etc.
• Across the street is a Metro Gold Line station which is one stop away from Union Station which goes all over LA

THE BAD:
• You'll have to find street parking which you can always find within 2 blocks. Or you can pay $90/month to park in the lot next to the apartment
• There is no laundry unit on site.
