Hi everyone!

My roommate and I are looking for someone to take my room in our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment located in Chinatown/ DTLA (Llewellyn). Move-in will be September 1.

I am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease ending January 2023 as I am relocating for work (or else I would stay!) w/ possible option to extend lease.

You will be sharing the apartment with a respectful roommate who works from home—as such, would prefer the next roommate to be a young professional with a similar lifestyle and work hours if possible, and will be respectful of shared items and space. We have also kept a COVID-safe environment with limiting guests & being up to date with the COVID vaccinations and do expect the same from the future roommate.

✔️Large bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet within brand new luxury building Llewellyn. Unfurnished bedroom w/ option to leave my bed if needed.
✔️PARKING in enclosed garage! Monthly parking fee; tandem parking. Street parking available but limited.
✔️Large kitchen & living room. + Private balcony looking over courtyard and Chinatown!
✔️In-unit laundry (such a luxury)
✔️BEST central location for those who want a quiet home but also want to be walking/scootering distance to LA Historic Park (literally across the street), Little Tokyo, Arts District, DTLA. 15 minutes to Koreatown, Pasadena, Glendale, San Gabriel Valley
✔️All the amenities you can dream of including gym, pool, recording studio.. also free community barbecues.. wine nights.. etc

Must pass income verification through Llewellyn to transfer the lease. (Sorry, no subletting)
