Description
My current roommate moved out and I am looking to fill his old room. He had the bigger of the two rooms in the 1100 SF 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment in Chinatown. Jia Apartments has a pool, fitness center, and garage. It also has a Starbucks located on the first floor retail space of the building.
I am a 22 y/o male originally from Indianapolis, IN. I live with my 2 year old female cat Miso and work for Webcor in DTLA. I usually work 6:30am to about 5:00pm on weekdays.
Current apartment has in-unit washer and dryer, A/C, kitchen island, gas stoves, and a balcony. Apartment currently has a couch, ottoman, TV, area rug, living room chair, and some end tables/entertainment center type furniture. I also have a coffee pot, toaster, mini blender, two rice cookers, and cookware/dishware.
On weeknights I go to the gym and spend time with my cat, and on weekends I like to have one activity to do each day during the day and then relax and watch TV at night.
Current lease renews 7/29/24.
