Room for rent in 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment building located near downtown Los Angeles. Room features private hallway, large walk in closet and private bathroom. Common area is furnished. Garage parking included. Gym and pool located on property.

I am a college student who also works, looking for a roommate that can rent the room until at least May 2019. Must submit an apartment rental application prior to being approved as a tenant. Seeking a roommate that keeps the common areas such as the kitchen and living room tidy. Room is currently available for move in once application is approved. $200 move in deposit. Utilities are extra such as w/s/g, internet, and gas. These are approximately $100 per month.
