Cozy 1 Room Needed to Sublet

Me:
I live with two other female roommates. One is 24 and the other is 20 and in college as well. I’m looking to sublet my room for the last 9 months of the lease, which ends on September 25th, 2021.

The Room:
It is a pretty cozy room. I will be leaving a twin bed for you in the room so no need to worry about that. There’s a beautiful balcony if you ever would like to just sit outside and look at the stars. The kitchen is very nice and has a lot of cabinet space as well. The apartment is very well furnished and has all carpet, with the exception of wood floors in the kitchen and dining area. There’s 3 bedrooms in total and you will be sharing a bathroom with one of the other roommates. The closet in the room looking to sublet has mirror sliding doors. The other roommates do keep a camera facing the door and living room area (just in case of an emergency! They don’t really check the cameras.)

Neighborhood:
Claremont is a beautiful neighborhood! There’s many green areas and colleges nearby. Many people walk their dogs, run, or ride their bikes on the streets. It is a safe neighborhood as well and is in walkable distance to some shops.
