Living, dinning and kitchen are shared and fully furnished. Laundry inside available. Non smokers only. Roommate must be clean, responsible and respectful. Bedroom has nightstand, large dresser, and desk available if needed, otherwise it comes unfurnished. House trained and some outdoor dogs might be allowed. Room is for 1 person but can negotiate for a couple at an additional cost. 3 month minimum stay then after that, month to month lease is allowed (perfect for short term or extended stay). House has a small front porch and a spacious backyard. Neighborhood is quiet during the work week and for Compton, pretty safe.
