Looking for female roommate in Covina

Looking for a female to sublease this room shared bath from Jan 1st-August 31st. Room is $690 without utilities. It is very private because it is very separate from the other rooms in the house. We have 2-3 livingrooms, a spacious kitchen, a dinning room, 2 fireplaces, and a huge backyard and it’s a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s in Covina right by Covina hills, right off the 10fwy by Eastland Center and 5min from CPP. Everything is super close; Starbucks, In n Out, Walmart, IKEA, etc. Washer and dryer in the house and plenty of parking. It’s an all female house, full time workers. Must be clean, responsible and must love big dogs since there is a dog in the house, no couples. Let me know if you’re interested! 🤗
