Hi! My wife and I are looking for a roommate for our second bedroom in West Covina! We both work Monday thru Friday 9 to 5 jobs. We do have a cat and a bird though so no pets unfortunately. The apartments are The Medici in West Covina, conveniently right off the 10 (exit 37b). There’s laundry on property and a pool.
Interested applicant will have to apply formally with the apartment, it is credit based that determines if deposit is $500 or first month rent, we would have to sort that out with the office.
