Hi there, it’s Luke (40 something insurance broker, golf enthusiast, early to bed and rise) and Tim (30 something CSR, avid gamer, late to bed and rise); we’re the existing roommates at 9123 S. Hobart Blvd.
The house is always clean, quiet, and courteous, and is a great situation for someone who is like minded. We are neighborly, but keep to ourselves and it’s worked very well as we will be signing be signing our 3rd lease at the property. We’re losing our long term roommate, Hailey, so ladies this is a safe space for you!
