Seeking someone interested in a long term rental of 6 months or more. Need down to earth professional looking for the same. Must be responsible, clean and positive. I'm not OCD but you must pick up after yourself in the shared spaces. Ok to bring people home but not the party. No sleepovers.

Need proof of employment and income. Must agree to a criminal background check. Not checking for bad credit or anything else.
