We are pretty chill and fun people. I do have the sweetest cat in the world so small pets are okay! It's a Beautiful unfurnished Bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. Its located in the renovated part of Crenshaw/Baldwin Hills area on Coliseum street. The apartment has a very large balcony, spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, large living and dining room, and wood floors. Extra storage space is available if needed. If you have a car there is street parking available. If not, you're perfectly fine! We're walking distance to the expo train line, dining, shopping, and entertainment. guest friendly :) Must be willing to sign a lease agreement and pay rent on time. Rent will be 850 per month with a 400 deposit = 1250 total move in. Only utilities we are responsible for is gas, electricity, and WIFI that will be split evenly between all occupants.
