Lakeside Villas is a unique green-belt condo complex built over the former MGM back lot in the centrally-located / beach-adjacent Culver City/West Los Angeles area. In addition to dozens of large trees and flowering plants, a pretty lake and streams once used for various films & TV shows beautify the property. There are also three heated pools w/ two outdoor Jacuzzis & a clubhouse featuring a small gym, sauna, ping pong and pool tables, etc..

We are a safe, fully-gated community w/ 24-hr manned security just a 10-minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to UCLA and 15 minutes to downtown. Public transportation is also close by.

The condo itself is nicely furnished w/ high-ceiling living room, fireplace, flat-screen TV, outdoor deck, fully equipped and kitchen with new appliances & IN-HOME laundry.

Yours would be the master bedroom, which includes high ceilings, a new queen bed, huge closets, two dressers (or one dresser and optional computer desk and chair), flat screen TV w/DVD player, and a large window with view of a rose trellis & courtyard fountain.

RATES: Rent is just $1700/mo plus $200/mo for share of all utilities (electric, gas, DirecTV, and internet). Optional maid service is also available for an extra fee.
