Double Room in 2 bed apartment in Culver Garden

Thank you for considering my place!
This is a large, bright, carpeted room, fully furnished with bed and bedding, a desk with a chair, 3 lamps, a chest of drawers, a fan, a heater, hangers, and a vacuum cleaner.
This is a safe area by the park. Parking is on the street.
The bathroom is shared, however, I use the toilet by my work area and only take a shower.
I teach piano from the home-based studio. This is a good place for anyone with a work schedule that requires them to be at work during my business hours 11 am- 6.30 pm.
I am an easy-going, health and fitness-oriented person, committed to positive.
