Seeking roommate in Culver City

Looking to move into a newly built apartment building (only 40 units) in Culver City, parking garage included. Apartment will be fully furnished, I am interested in renting a 3 bedroom and renting out one room to reduce my living expenses. No smokers please. Seeking someone tidy, quiet, responsible and who doesn't want to invite people over all the time. I am a creative but in between jobs at the moment. Prefer to live with someone who works full-time or at least doesn't plan on being home 24/7. References and security deposit required.
