We have a room in our super charming 3 bedroom Spanish house available for 1/1/2020 or sooner.

$1500 + utilities (1/3 of total)
1 month security deposit required
Ideally we share the cost for cleaning lady 2x month

The house?s location is dreamy! The most enchanting street in Culver City . It?s tree lined and quiet, yet one block away from Washington Blvd, Sony studios, Ralphs, Best Buy, fantastic restaurants, nail & hair salons... Only a 2 mile bike ride to the beach- with a fantastic bike path to get you there.

We are a mother & daughter.
Daughter is 13 and pretty cool, well traveled, easy going, mom pretty much same but older :-)

I'm from Berkeley originally and have lived for many years in Europe & NY (my daughter was born in Italy). We've been in LA 10 years.

I'm own and interior design studio. My style is pretty bohemian in decor and lifestyle so if that?s not your jam this place may not be either.
