Private Bedroom in 2-bedroom apartment

I will be subletting one bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment beginning February 1st. My roommate is moving out at the end of January; you would be on the lease on a month-to-month basis and are welcome to stay as long or as short as you wish, with a minimum of 2 months.

I can offer a discounted rent for the first month of $800, with no utility payments necessary the first month. Pending the approval of your application, you are free to move in immediately, with the first rent due as late as 2/5/20.

I am a quiet, clean, and respectful guy, 33 years old, with a full-time job, who mostly works during the day and strives to ensure a clean, hospitable environment in the apartment.

The living room is fully furnished with a TV with roku, futon, bookshelf you're welcome to use, and well-stocked kitchen - you're welcome to use any cookware as long as you clean it afterwards. I will make sure that plenty of space in the refrigerator, freezer and pantry are available to you if you'd like to use them.

I have weights and a weight bench that you're welcome to use, and the same goes for a treadmill. There's a coin-operated washer and dryer onsite.

I have two cats; an ideal subletter would be cat-friendly and careful not to let them slip outside when entering or leaving the apartment.

While I vacuum snd clean the carpet regularly, parts of it are unfortunately discolored beyond a point where I can remedy them. My apologies for the inconvenience, and I will make every effort to ensure it is presentable on a regular basis.
