Private Bedroom in Culver City Apartment

I am a 30 year-old female looking for another female roommate in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 4-unit apartment in the heart of Culver City. My unit is on the ground floor and includes one spacious private bedroom with large storage space above the closet, a washer/dryer, one parking space for us to alternate, and a personal patio just for our unit. The bedroom has a Queen sized mattress available for use or can be removed. This is a pet friendly building. I am allergic to cats, so no cats allowed, sorry! I work full-time and I am in school- I would prefer a roommate with a similar schedule. (I am aware many are working from home during quarantine - this is more of a long-term preference). Rent is $991/person without utilities and the lease is month-to-month. The Security Deposit is $750. Utilities + WiFi cost is typically no more than $75 per month each.
