It's a great house off Venice Blvd in Culver City. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, washer drier, big backyard, plenty of parking space in driveway and garage.
Looking for someone clean, cool, responsible, and ok with cats.
The two roommates are me, (Jake, 31) and Andrew, 32. We've been friends since we were 18. He's from New Jersey I'm from Allentown, PA. I moved out here about 7 years ago. I'm a copywriter for a small ad agency and he does research and content editing for a digital marketing company. I've got two awesome cats who are the best cats you've ever met in your life. Our other roommate Marc has been "stuck" in France since quarantine and has decided to stay for the summer so we're subletting his room for August.
