Year lease take over in full sized house in Mid City. There’s a parking spot with a gate, washer dryer, dishwasher, piano, central air, etc.

There are three roommates but 2 are a couple and share a room, so there’s an extra office room for you to use.

There’s a yard, front porch, breakfast nook, and other nice stuff.
2 bath total you’d be sharing yours with one other person.

Roommates are great quiet, respectful and fun.
