1 bedroom private bathroom

Renting out one of the bedrooms in my three bedroom apartment. It is a really good size room, comes with private bathroom Right now two of the rooms are filled hoping to find a professional polite third roomate open to college students but would prefer someone closer to there thirties around my age. I have a 2 year old german shepherd. Open to dogs similar in energy. There is a bed in the room if you dont need it i will take it out .
