I am super social and love meeting new people! I have lots of social events at my place all the time. You should be also open to be living in a condo that has lots of fun interesting people over for entertainment.
My condo has lots of nice amenities! Hottub, heated pool, suana, bbq grills, tennis court, bike path to the beach!
I am disabled, I have to take life slow so I am always around during the day hanging out in the living room doing physical tgherapy and yoga.
I am not super organized and I can be a little messy, so you need to be ok with that.
If you are willing to help out walking my dog and with cleaning , I am willing to negotiate the price of rent down for you in exchange. Please have experience with dogs if you are interested
