Only a few minutes away from the 405 and 10 and usually only 15 minutes to LAX without traffic. Close to Venice, Santa Monica, and only takes 20 min to get to Century City Westfield. Target, Trader Joe’s, Pavilion, BevMo, Westfield Culver City very close by. Moving in March so I will help find another roommate for the 3rd bedroom before I leave.

1st Floor - entry and garage - 2 car garage with keypad code
2nd Floor - living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath
3rd Floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths - master has private bath
Two fully furnished bedrooms available immediately. Master bedroom will be available around March or April at the latest.
Available Immediately - both rooms $1400
Bedroom 1: Queen Caspar mattress on a platform bed (has been enclosed in a special mattress case the prevents dust mites, bed bugs, dead skin - in perfect condition), nightstand, lamp, and 50” TV
Bedroom 2: Queen mattress w/box spring, nightstand, lamp, recliner (could possible include a TV)
Master: new Queen Nectar premium mattress, teak dresser, marble side table,

March/April - Furnished Master Bedroom with separate bath: $1500
All bedrooms can come furnished or empty. The furniture in the common areas may stay if I only sublet the master bedroom.
Please be employed with a verifiable source of income, mature, clean (meaning you immediately clean up after yourself when you cook/eat and don’t leave personal belongings in common spaces), respectful, and quiet. As stated before, landlord runs a background and credit check and you must sign a lease. Landlords are really great and responsive if anything is wrong. It’s been great living here for 4 years.
Utilities split 3 ways - approximately $100/month (depends how much you run the heat and air conditioning). In March/April, the two car garage will be empty - in the meantime there is free and easy parking on the street - there is an EV charger in the garage. When I leave, utilities (electricity/water/trash, internet, gas) will need to be transferred to roommates. Garbage and recycling picked up early Monday mornings.
I’m an educated professional who works from home so I prefer roommates who work outside of the home most of the time (but I’m leaving soon so if you work from home we might be able to figure it out). Vaccinated and prefer people who believe in science.
Must love dogs/not be afraid of big dogs - have a friendly male Weimaraner who will definitely try to lick you.
