This is a nice private 1 bedroom with private bathroom, the structure of this apartment makes this specific bedroom the most private and best view to the city of the entire unit (you’ll see when you visit us). Includes one parking space in a gated garage. No pets please. We’re looking for long-term, 1-year commitments only and a working professional, good credit score above 640 and proof of income will be required (poor or lack of credit score won’t pass landlord’s approval).
