Great room in Culver City

We have 1 bedroom, unfurnished, becoming avail asap in a 4 bedroom house. It's a downstairs bedroom (15x12) with its own closet. The other 3 people all have varying jobs. One guy is a precision driver, another sells solar panels, and the 3rd is a female CPA for Netflix. For the most part we are all pretty laid back and respectful of one another's privacy. It's a great setup and I don't want to lose the room, but moving in with my lady.

The house is a pretty large 2200 sqft space with a great layout. The kitchen comes with two fridges, there are two living rooms that are pretty large, one is the TV/Movie room and the other has a great vinyl collection with a wet bar in it. You'll notice there's a decent backyard with a fold-out ping pong table and a pretty good grill. There's also a one-car garage with a washer and dryer in which you will have some storage. There's no room for a car, unfortunately. There's plenty of street parking with no street cleaning. Not a party house at all.

Sorry, no pets. No couples.

We're located right by the 90 and 405 so easy access to the freeways but far enough away and on the westside of the 405 to not hear the freeway noise or get the pollution.
