Looking for a roommate at the beginning of June. The room being offered is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The apt itself is very nice and clean. There is a garage for parking as well. The rent is 1100 and a deposit of 500. I am flexible on the rate to help out. Internet and electricity are separate from the rent. I am a young professional working from home at the moment.
