Looking for roommates! :)

I have 2 bedrooms in my 3 bedroom home that will be available in May. I live in the Faircrest Heights neighborhood, between Beverly Hills and Culver City.

- Pets welcome, and I have a small dog who loves people and all other animals
- I’ve fully furnished the common areas, including all types of kitchen appliances and cleaning necessities
- You’ll have your own parking space in our driveway
- In-home washer and dryer
- Larger bedroom is $1,300 and smaller is $1,200

I’m 31 and work from home as a vegan food blogger. Someone who is around my age or older would be ideal. I film cooking videos in the kitchen some days, so I would prefer a roommate who works out of the home during regular business hours or travels often. If you’re vegan or close to it that would be awesome too, but not required, as I’ve lived with plenty of non-vegans!
