Large bedroom half block from downtown Culver

Hello everyone! Looking for someone to take over the 2nd room in my 2b2b apartment in Culver City/Palms. Apartment is located on a safe and calm street half a block from all the bars and restaurants in downtown Culver. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Sprouts and the new Erewhon. Room is very spacious, gets lots of sunlight and has a wall to wall mirrored closet. Rent is 1550 but willing to go lower if you are a part time LA resident (travel nurse etc). Room can be furnished, partially furnished (frame and mattress pictured included but it has been put together correctly now!) or empty. Laundry on-site, central heating/AC, 2 balconies, secured parking space and a dishwasher. Move in date is July 1.

About me- I work in Global Tourism Development in DTLA three days a week and WFH on Monday/Friday (from my room or coffee shop). I’m usually out of town at least one week each month. I am very laid back but do like to keep the common areas tidy. I am social but also take time to recharge. On weekends I usually travel or grab dinner and a glass (or bottle) of wine with friends. Looking for someone who loves dogs as I do have two well-behaved dogs that visit 1-2 weekends a month. 🐶🐕
