About me: 30 year old working from home professional. I have a 9 year old three legged cat named Ryker who is an absolute sweetheart. He’s good with people and medium to large dogs. (The litter box is in my space, you won’t see or smell it) His food does stay in the kitchen but it’s out of the way.

I’m looking for someone who is LGBT friendly as my girlfriend does come over and stay the night roughly 1-2 nights a week. I'm a pretty relaxed don’t rock the boat person.

I smoke but I’m more than happy to smoke on our balcony! Yes I said balcony. We have an amazing sunset view.

This room comes with a parking spot (tandem) and its own private bathroom. The closet is fairly large and there is some extra space on the balcony.

The laundry is for the building and costs $1.75 per washer load and $1.25 per dryer load. There is a laundromat two blocks away if that’s more your jam.

Most of the kitchen and living room are furnished but I’m willing to move stuff if you feel strongly about something. There isn’t much on the walls (Blank canvas) and you’re more than welcome to fill it.

The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with no microwave and i'd like to keep it that way.

Our neighborhood is very active together. We are on a co-Ed softball team and do dinners together regularly.

If you surf, there is a surf rack on the balcony to put your board. It’s about 2.2 miles from Venice and it’s about a 10 minute easy bike ride.
