Master bedroom and Private Bathroom

This is a four bedroom fully furnished house. One tenant on the first floor and the second in the third floor. The master bedroom is on the third floor. There is currently no washer/dryer at the house. All utilities are split among the tenants (power, water, gas, trash, wifi). The utilities can run anywhere from $15 to $200 a month. It’s only high if the air conditioning or heater is used 24/7 so we try not to use it too much. There’s no more spots in the garage, only street parking and just a warning it always gets packed because apartments surround the area. No pets allowed, no parties or overnight guests. We’re very clean and quiet and give each other privacy. If we do bring people over, its just a few but it hasnt been happening recently because of Covid. Require background check, credit score, and proof of income as well as references. Serious inquiries only because we’re looking for a long term roommate.
