Seeking an honest, responsible female college student to rent a room in our house.
It's a furnished private room in safe, quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood (~Diamond Bar Blvd and Golden Springs).
*Room could be unfurnished if you desire.
Backyard is huge and peaceful; perfect for reading and studying.
We are minutes from Cal Poly and Mt Sac and easy commute to Cal State or the Claremont Colleges.
Bathroom is not ensuite but for your use. WiFi access, laundry, kitchen, AC, off-street parking, etc., and ALL utilities included.
One dog okay with approval; we have dogs of our own. :-)
Rent will be reduced to $0/month in exchange for 3 nights/week childcare.
