It is only minutes to Cal Poly Pomona, Mt SAC, Western University of Health Sciences, many companies and shopping centers. Other nearby college are Cal State Fullerton, AHUSC, Anaheim University, & APU. The room is furnished with a full-size or full-size bed, and a desk. The rooms are in a 2-story 4 bedrooms house, and all bedrooms are upstairs. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood with tile and laminated floors and furnished common areas. The house has beautiful sunset view in the back. You will have designated parking space on the driveway if your car doesn’t have fluid leak; otherwise, there are plenty parking spaces on the street. Rent is $775 per month + utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash and internet; the bills will be divided equally among the tenants in the house). You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 responsible students. Kitchen privileges includes the appliances, cookware and dining ware. Washer and dryer are in the garage. NO ILLEGAL DRUG/ACTIVITY, and NO SMOKING inside the house.
