Single Room For Rent

We have a room and shared bathroom available for a May 1st move in in north Long Beach, near the 405 and 710 intersection. The bathroom is newly renovated. There are 3 other people and our dog in the house. All of us are engineers and (before this pandemic) spend most of our time at work. My roommate Josh and I work days, and my girlfriend/roommate (shared room) works nights, so there is normally someone home. We are all pretty mellow and clean! The room is unfurnished, but we can furnish it if you?d like. Rent is $875/mo including utilities! Looking for someone to sign a 6 month lease, or through the end of the year.
