My husband and I are renting one bedroom from our four bedroom house to a responsible trust-worthy female. We are easy-going fun and sociable people who love to workout and read. We are both outdoorsy kind of people who appreciate the little things in life. We are both clean, non-smokers who would like someone who is respectful of our space and just wants a quiet and peaceful home. Room is fully furnished with central AC throughout the house, utilities, internet, and kitchen privileges are included. Deposit of $400 and first month's rent of $750 is due upon move-in date.
