Hello, I am renting out my spare bedroom in a two bedroom house in which I currently reside.

The house is located in Downey, CA, a quiet, suburban area perfect for relaxing and exploring. The house itself is furnished and quite lovely but could use some more details.

I am looking for a clean, responsible and friendly roommate who can clean after themselves and can help me with the house chores as well. I am also looking for someone who can tolerate dogs and can either sleep through my arrival home at dawn (I work late most of the time) or is also a night owl as myself.
