Home has central A/C, an open feel, is very spacious, recently remodeled, & very clean. Room is furnished with what you see in pictures or you can bring all your own stuff. You have access to what I think is an amazing kitchen & booth style table. There is also a Laundry room w/ a Large capacity washer & dryer, 2 informal living rooms where you can relax very comfortably, a large dining room, a game room with a pool table, darts, & a host of board games. There?s a beautiful backyard w/ Jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ & seating under the avocado tree. Street parking is never a problem & rent is $900/Mth with all utilities included.

I'm a professional working in the home loan industry, I am amicable, easy-going, and enjoy good conversation when available. Preferably the person/people that we would be living with, would be the same.
Ideal candidate is a working professional who's is down to earth, respects others, is kind person that is tidy & clean, easy to get a long with, no smoking/drugs/heavy drinkers.

Application and Terms requirements
*1st months rent $900 + $900 security deposit
*If you have an automatic transfer set up that transfers on the 1st of every month I will lower the rent by $50/Mth for a total of $850/Mth
*most recent pay stub
*2018 W2 or 1st two pages of 2018 taxes.
*your most recent work resume
*authorization for a credit & background check
*Rent is due on the 1st, & after the 3rd there is a $90 late fee

Things that are not permitted
*No smoking
*No routine over-night guests, occasional would be fine, I even have a pull out in the office where if you have family visiting we have plenty of space.
*No Pets?May consider a cat with additional deposit & it must be litter trained, not knead or scratch up stuff.
