Master Suite in 2BD/2BR with parking

My roommate of 3 years is moving to Miami January 2022 and I will be renting out the master suite of our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. Apt is a 30 second walk to downtown Culver City and is a couple minute walk to Trader Joes, Sprouts, In-N-Out, Amazon Studios and all the downtown restaurants/ Main street. I have lived here for 8 years and love Culver City very much. The location/ walkability of this apt is what is keeping me here, as it is central to everything. There is even a great farmers market right across the street every Tuesday (rain or shine).

Master suite has its own long full bathroom. This unit has a lot of natural light and will come with all utilities included (gas, trash, water, electric, and internet). Also with all paid TV subscriptions (Netflix, HBO, Disney+, Peacock, Hulu...). Apt has spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, full kitchen and balcony. Unit will also come with one gated tandem parking spot for you. My roommate is willing to sell all the furniture for cheap in the master room (bed with mattress, nightstand, dresser, TV and modern lamps). Carpet is always steam cleaned.

About me: I am a 31 year old physical therapist that owns my own mobile business, so I am driving around a lot. I am very clean and expect the same for whoever comes in. I am a lover of food and travel and also love to exercise. I am also a big Laker fan, so every game will be on the TV. Im gone many weekends to see family.

Ideal roommate: A professional that has their finances in order and a full time job. Someone clean and not a party animal. No illicit drugs and no couples.
