Private Bed & Bath - Feels like a home

Hi, I'm renting the spare room and bath in my 2bed/2ba apartment that feels more like a home. Fully furnished. Comes with bed, beside table, lamp, and 2 dressers, desk and chair. Its the best apt in the building looking out on the treelined street on the 2nd floor so it's feels light and airy but also safe and secure. I'm looking for a considerate roomie who is easygoing, positive and knows how to tidy up after themselves (not as obvious as it would seem) The bedroom is oversized - i believe it's roughly 14*13 and has a big mirrored closet. Your bathroom is right across the hall from your bedroom door. The building has a laundry on site. You also get underground gated parking with your own parking spot. I'm just a couple of blocks from San Fernando so you can walk to the mall, restaurants, gyms, stores etc. All utilities included - internet power gas etc
Please note I work at home so am here a lot. Ideally looking for someone who will work outside of home. If you are interested in seeing it email/text me.
