Very Nice Room for lease

The apartment complex is a very nice gated community. There is plenty of covered parking, a pool, laundry, and exercise room. You would have your own furnished room and bathroom. All utilities and amenities are included (ie internet etc). We have a full kitchen, living room and balcony which overlooks the pool. I have a small cat, and don?t want any more pets. I am clean, respectful, and laid back. I don?t mind company, but no drugs or parties. Looking for a stable roommate to share this lovely home. :)
