Pets are negotiable (No cats, sorry). No parking included but there are plenty of monthly lots within walking distance. Water and trash included in rent and other utilities (electric, internet, cable) run $100-150 a month. Security deposit $875. I am a single female looking for a neat, respectful roommate who also likes to have some fun.
