This is a non-smoking building and I am looking for a roommate who is neat and will help keep the shared space clear of clutter. There is plenty of space for furniture and pet are welcome.
I am looking for a female roommate, no males need inquire. The move-in date is flexible beginning in October. If you are a couple applying the rent would be increased by $200.
