Hilltop Apartment overseeing DTLA

Hello!

I am looking for someone, preferably female, to replace me in my current apartment. It?s a beautiful, charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on top of the Elysian Park Reservoir. The apartment oversees DTLA and Dodger Stadium. There?s a lovely backyard too. Location can?t get any better.

Move-in date is ASAP and by November 8th at the very latest. Roommate is a friendly, professional 30 year old female that works in government relations and public policy. She?s been a pleasure to live with!

- easy parking (there?s always street parking right in front)
-10 minute drive to downtown
